Question

So I have done everything to get studio one 5 to open up arcade from output up. I'm on windows 10 it recognizes spitfire audio and my other plugins but I only get the small control knobs and that's it

Did you ever receive an answer to this or figure out the issue? I am having the same problem with my account and I cannot figure out how to fix it for the life of me? Any help would be greatly appreciated
