Question

I've tried to drag and drop, convert to wav first then drag and drop, I've tried different songs and doesn't work

Studio One will only import audio files it currently supports (*.wav, mp3 depending, aif, flac, etc) so if you convert a file to *.wav or any format that it supports it should work.   If it doesn't work examine the file details to make sure it's not some formatting option that Studio One doesn't support.

If you beleive that Studio One is not accepting a valid file type or format that it should allow, please send a sample file to tech support in a new support ticket.
