How do I unregister Notion 6 from my old laptop to my new laptop?

I can find TRANSFER on my Account on the PreSonus page but I can't find how to remove the software licence from my old computer to install this on my new computer and activate this.

When I hit my max installs I contacted support, my.presonus > support > create ticket, asked them to reset my activations and they did. So I'd recommend trying that.
