Automatic measurement and compensation of record-playback delay

New feature request:  Please add automatic measurement and global compensation for the delay between audio being listened to in headphones, and new track being recorded. I manually measured my delay to 27 ms, and inserted -27 ms into track inspector "delay" field, with good results. Fruity Loops does this automatically, and we should as well. Method proposed: Record click track 1; play back through headphones, with mic placed between headphones to pick up loopback, recording as track 2; do numerical cross-correlation of tracks 1 and 2 to measure exact delay; enter into global field for all record tracks.
