why doesn't the reverse audio work on studio one prime? other problems i have found is that the bounce selection doesn't work and also the record button doesn't work because the button doesn't turn red

I answer you the problem is not as simple as it seems, here I send you a video on wetransfer where you can see for yourself that it does not work well, the audio input is right. In the video the audio is not heard because I have no idea how to record the audio system ... but just see the round shape of the audio to understand that it does not go in reverse. I have also reinstalled the software but it does not do. thank you for your help anyway
