Question

I have recently bought and registered two Eris near field studio monitors but only one is showing in my products list. Why am I only seeing one monitor in my list?

At least you could register them. I have a pair on new out of the box Eris E3.5 and the web page says that the serial number is invalid. Did you do anything special to register yours or it was easy as it should be?
