i have not received it either, i tried to use my.presonus.com/support ticket portal but it gives always error while trying to send it.

they must have some problem at website

how do i contact support direct then, any email available to contact them?

I got the email, downloaded the installer, authorized the product and tried to use it. I found 2 copies of the product but neither of them had any presets. Without the presets, I found the software useless...  Is this something that can be fixed???
