Toshiba C55 Satellite, Windows 8.1 , Audiobox USB ,Lost connection

I uploaded Windows 10 and lost the connection between Audiobox and Studio one, I reloaded Windows 8.1 but still can't get the interface between audiobox and studio one to work

If you are using a laptop, you may need to use a powered HUB to provide power to the device as some laptops do not have enough power provided via USB.  Especially if you are using multiple USB-powered devices.  Beyond that, you may want to check your cables, try a different USB port, and install the latest driver for the device.  Here is a link:
