We have released a Public BETA for the StudioLive Series III mixers that we believe will help with the issue you are having. This is all done via a FaceBook group.

It's very important to ensure that if you decide to download and install the Public BETA Firmware/software, then you should fully test the mixer prior to placing the mixer in a gig critical situation as with any beta there are associated risks.
- Should you find any issues/bugs then you should direct all questions & concerns to the Facebook group
- Technical Support will not be able to assist with beta software and firmware on a support ticket
If you need Technical Supports help then you must revert your setup back to the last publicly released firmware and the computer to a support operating system and re-test.
