Is it possible to save down a version with Studio One (version 5 down to version 4)

I want to save a Studio One 5 file down to a version 4 so I can share with someone who only has 4

nope, this is not supported.

there was a hack involving manually modifying version in the .song file, this might work or not, but it's not supported.

if you're both on pro, maybe aaf import/export will work for you.
