Accessing sound variations from EastWest Opus Engine

I've tried everything to get Studio One to import keyswitches from EastWest Opus sample sets by selecting Action/ Re-load Map from Instrument.

I've tried both VST2 and 3 Opus engines.
I must be doing something wrong.

I've tried many different instruments within Opus (Hollywood Strings, brass woodwind) and added multiple sample types using different midi channels.

It must work based on the YouTube video introducing the feature, but I've not been so lucky.

I have the latest versions of everything

It's not easy.  I ended up sharing my screen with the good folks as EastWest.

Did you select the "KS" version of the sample package?  (Sorry, don't have it in front of me and don't recall what they call them)

Might have found a solution. In my scenario it appears for whatever reason Studio One was only recognising the VST2 version of Opus. So I reinstalled Opus, and selected the VST3 version and the sound variations work!!!
