I bought 22vsl. And there was studio one-cd. I installed the studio one and also installed komplete 8.
When all install are completed, service center required key number. Into guide, i clicked claim product number button.
but, there was nothing. there was no copy product number.(no reacting ctrl+v )
I also looked at http://support.presonus.com/entries/26147050--6-Installing-3rd-Party-Content-Native-Instruments-Komplete-Players-Essential-New-Bundles-
but when i clicked claim product number at site, there was just blank. What should i do?
ps) i make account for 22vsl. but i forgot the act making the account, so i make account again. that account made for studio one. i hope 2 account are mixed.
