Question

I believe the version I have is Studio One 1 (it says Studio One Artist on the front). I digress, after I put in the CD and download it on my MacBook (currently running 10.11.6 El Capitan), I punch in my account and product key but I only get "The Request Failed ()". What do I need to do in order to install the software and use it?

Michael,

You will not be able to use your copy of Studio One v1 Artist on OSX 10.11.6 El Capitan; as that version of the software is not compatible with your version of your OS. The only version of Studio One that is compatible is Version 3.
