Hi,
I just tried today a middle size projects (200+ tracks/buses/fx, 120+ plugins) on a mac M1 MAX in native mode.
After a while, probably because the project size became bigger, when adding a new plugin, or enabling/disabling an insert, Studio one hangs for a few seconds (sometimes really more than 10 seconds) ! After that I can hear delay compensation issues for at least 1-2 more seconds, then it got back to normal.
This is really an issue, as it become unresponsive and almost unsuable.
Coming from Cubase I can handle a similar project size smoothly. So I figure there is something wrong here ?
Project configuration : 44khz/32 bit float
2048 Samples with plugin nap and max drop out protection.
Mac cpu load around 40-45%. Studio one performance meter 70-80%, no red light.
