It would be great if there was a way to attach a note to items on the recent files list. Right clicking on an entry should open a menu
Add note
Edit note
Delete note
The note should appear as a pop-up whilst hovering above an entry. Alternatively, a small icon next to the row where the "pinned" icon is located could indicate that there is a note saved along with the entry. Clicking on that icon could then open the pop up with that note.
