Question

I'd like to keep a mic cable connected to the Studio Channel but still have the TRS input and output connected to my patchbay. When I try this, the mic doesn't work but when I disconnect the TRS input, the mic works. Seems like the TRS connection disables the mic input. Just need to know if having both connected is possible so I won't have to keep crawling behind my desk. Thanks.

It's usually the case that the jack input will disable the mic input. Seems to be the case here.
