a few more details, This is only for Kontakt instruments. Presonus instruments automation still works. i have SO 4, please help, This may have coincided with a Native Instruments update and a Kontakt update (free version 6) that were 'required'.
Also the automation parameter for volume has an asterisk by it, like it's not recognized or mapped to Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol etc.. but I've never had to do that before, the volume parameter always showed and I just 'added' it and then could draw the volume automation in my midi track. Sorry for long explanation. I appreciate any help, thanks!
