FP2 2018 won’t FF or REW since update to Sonoma. Universal control does not recognize the FP2. It does recognize my thunderbolt interface, even though I did not install their thunderbolt drivers. It appears Prosomas does not care about Users of Logic, Mac, or, to a great extent – their clients… Us.
No solutions, poor solutions when they eventually attempt one, and tech-support that wants a picture to see something not doing anything! Here is a picture of my FP2 doing nothing… Hope it helps explain things! Lack of action is not something that can be photographed. Does one really need to send a picture of me pressing a button and nothing happening? Do they consider me incapable of knowing what no response is, and require a video to see me push a button while nothing happens?
Without support, without a working product, and support asking for useless information, as only they do, why would I EVER invest money into another Prosomas product?
Am I alone in this thinking?
