Question

Good evening gentlemen, i have the Presonus StudioLive Series III 16R and when I reset this product automatically i lost the audio sound output, the card works at all, i tried all drivers, i have NO sound at the pc, i have sound only from instruments at the channels.

I don't know what else to do, i have no sound and all the others works, i can see the card at device manager but no sound from PC.
