I have bought the StudioLive 16.0.2 FireWire (back in 2015) and can't activate my account to create a support ticket, but would like to find out if there is any way to trade in the product, as I have been an avid supporter of Persons, but this piece of equipment is now rendered useless with new Mac updates. Please assist.
