Question

32SC freezes at startup . On startup its frozen at , i would say 2-5%ish.. just hangs there. did Factory and settings reset a couple of times. Nothing same thing. Unhooked it before that from everything and even used diffent power from another source. dont have SD card installed so cant be that. Did a ticket... but seems like forever to get response. ANyone had this issue? What did you do?

That console behavior is not normal.  Looks like you opened a ticket with Presonus?  It may take Presonus awhile to respond.
