What is the Tremblor T10 frequency response?

In the specs section in the manual it says 20 Hz – 200 Hz. But what are the bandwidth conditions used? +/– 3 dB??
Is 20 Hz the –3 dB rolloff frequency? Or at -10 dB?? Any frequency response graph available?

Really looking forward to know about this before I order!
