Hey everyone, I recently bought Studio One 3 so my girlfriend could do some covers as well as record one of my drummer friends. I started working on a cover with my girlfriend and ran into a bit of an issue. I'm trying to pull as much of the original vocals out of the song as I can so my girlfriend's voice is more clear. I did some research and read that if you duplicate an imported track and invert the second one it could help cancel the original vocals. I read that it isn't a guaranteed success and it won't completely get rid of the vocals due to reverb. So to sum all this up I imported a .WAV file and duplicated it into another track but I can't find an invert audio button or option anywhere to save my life. Is it even possible with Studio One? I had a really cheap version of Music Creator by CakeWalk that could do it so I assume I'm just overlooking it. I have the Studio One 3 Artist edition and I'm running it on a custom built PC (Windows 10 64-bit) Thanks for the help!

If you're looking to do a Phase Invert on a track, all you need to do is add the "Mixtool" effect and use the "Phase Invert" preset. Here's a video that covers it: . Though he's using Studio One 2, it's still the same workflow.
