I have Two questions.

First, If I submit the UPC/Receipt of other DAW, Is there any disadvantages using existing DAW?

I don't think so, but just for sure.

Second, I have Studio One 2 Artist version. Is it possible to get a double discount? - For upgrade and crossgrade -

Thanks for your interest in crossgrading to Studio One 3!

Crossgrading to Studio One 3 in no way affects your ability to continue using your current DAW. We don't "take" your product key or UPC code and disable you from using your current DAW, we just use the information for verification purposes.

You can't double stack discounts. The crossgrade is cheaper than the upgrade from Studio One 2 Artist to Studio One 3 Professional, so you probably want to pursue the crossgrade route.
