Question

I purchased the Acoustic Drum Loop Vol 2 and can't get it to install in StudioOne3 Artist. It worked well in StudioOne2, though.

I proceed to download the 2.2GB of content and it seems it would install fine. But the loops are not available. Upon restart of studioOne, an error message shows up saying that the files are not valid or the installation is duplicate, and suggests to remove the files.

i tried as well installing it from inside StudioOne ("Activate Purchased items") but after downloading it shows a "Fail" message. I did manage to install other things, though: Instruments Vol1, ìmpact Drums, MusicLoops, etc.   

I am running a Mac Mini late 2012, i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, OSX EL Capitan 10.11.6.   -- StudioOne3 Artist 3.2.3.38191

Ariel,

The problem is most likely with your internet connection. If you're using a mobile phone or shared data connection, it is possible that data may have been lost during transmission that would cause the file to become corrupt.

You said it worked fine in Studio One 2, if you have the downloaded file that you used previously, the same installer will work with Studio One 3. If you don't have access to it, try using a more solid download connection such as DSL, Cable or Fiber.
