The "Pop Bass" is part of the legacy content from Studio One version 2. 

This content is not installed by default and only available for compatibility reasons. 

We would recommend using the Presence XT Core Library which is part of Studio One 3.

Also, there are a really impressive Bass Libraries from e-Instruments available for Presence XT:
