Why are two channels (8, and 9/10) of my StudioLive AR16 not working?

Not a software issue, an actual hardware issue. The channels in question are VERY low output compared to adjacent, functioning channels. Phantom power on produces a horrid buzz, Phantom power off results in VERY low output. Dead pre-amps?

My StudioLive 32.4.2AI is doing the same thing on three channels.  Not sure why??
