Any plan to get the completely inoperable MIDI ports operational on the RM series (as promised in 2017)?

MIDI promised in 2017...

This was a very important feature to me.
The commitment to MIDI was a major factor in my purchase decision.
I have lost a great deal of respect for Presonus with the abandonment of their assurance of MIDI.

Integrity matters.

A 3-year-old knowledge base article is not an answer.
