what can i do to download my product to my computer when it says its been used before?

i purchased studio one 5 artist adition and got my code in and when i used the key to download the software it says its already been downloaded. what can i do to download my software

Hi,

Open Studio One 5 and from the toolbar menu please select Studio One > Studio One Activations > Activate My Purchased version of Studio One > Please click the dropdown menu > Show my existing product keys > Please select the version of Studio One that is available to you > Press activate.
