Hi

I have just installed Synthmaster2.8 but I can not load the vst.

When I started the studio one2 just after the installation of synthmaster2,8, Studio one asked me for Email and license key due to the synthmaster I just installed but  event though I type correct info, it failed , then studio one started failing loading synthmaster.

I  shut off studio one, and I got license key from KV331 audio finally, then place the license Key file into Documents/Synthmaster folder as it asked me to do so. then I started studio one again to see if it reads Synthmaster, but seems like it did not properly reads it to load. I open my on going project to see if there is synthmaster in my vst list  but it I not there. I uninstalled  and reinstall synthmaster and restarted windows.. but I still have same problem.

Please advise me solve this problem.

Thank you

I just loaded the demo and it worked fine on Studio One Professional 2.6.5 on Windows 10 x64.

I noticed that when the installer for the plugin runs it first asks you if you want to install the 32-bit and/or 64-bit version. Then after the prompts for the license agreement and the folder for the program file, the installer then asks you what directory you want to install it into. The default path is the program directory and surprisingly not the default path for VST Plugins. I had to change my path to C:\Program Files\VSTplugins. If you didn't do that that then that would explain why Studio One isn't loading the plug-in because it can't see the dll file.

You could reinstall the plugin and make sure to change the file path when prompted, or you can go into Studio One Preferences (Control Key + Comma), select Locations then click on VST Plugins Tab and add the location of the dll for the plugin C:\Program Files\KV331 so that Studio One can find it and load it.
