Hi i'm demoing S1 3.3.1 on my macbook pro core duo.

Brand New Hd 5400 rpm.

Clean  install of Osx 10.11.6

The cpu still run smoothly even with a considerable amount of plugins but the disc run over 100% even with a small amount of track.

What can generate this problem?

You are using a HD that runs at 5400rpms.

For Digital Audio Recording, you always want to use an HD that runs at 7200rpms or faster.

- This is why you are seeing this warning.
