Currently there's only a 'Remove' option when you right click on a plugin. Reaper has an option to 'Replace' which is quite an efficient workflow, especially if you like to audition through different plugin options until you find the right one. Clicking 'Remove' and then adding a new plugin is an extra click. Please add 'Replace' option to the drop-down menu
