I have 3 questions relating to the R65 AMT monitors. 

1. Can the speakers be used upside down?
2. What is the minimum distance from a wall behind the speakers?
3. What is the recommended distance from the speakers to the listener?

It's neither ideal nor recommend to place the R-Series monitors upside down. You may try it out to see for yourself, but I don't think the imaging would be as clear.
