Hi all, I have a Arturia Keylab88 controller that works flawlessly. I also have an M-Audio Axiom 49 which works great with all other DAWS and Standalones, but refuses to work with Studio One 3, although it says it's connected. All are using USB. Tried unplugging, replugging, reseting etc...Has anyone else had this situation? Windows 10, 32 bit Studio One...(so I can use all my vsts...

Thanks foir the input...

Have you set up the proper connections in Studio One > Options/Preferences(MAC) > External Devices?

  1. There should be a "New Keyboard" setup for the piano keys and drum pads, the "Receive From" should be set to the MIDI port the Axiom is connected with.
  2. A "New Control Surface" for buttons, knobs and sliders. Also, the "Receive From" should be set to the MIDI port the Axiom is connected with.
  3. Open the MIDI Monitor in Studio One to see if there is activity from the Axiom.
Please create a support ticket if that doesn't help. Need more details to troubleshoot.
