I read in another posting that presonus has decided not to bring sl remote to the android platform

.  Has anyone tried using an iPad emulation app on an Android tablet as an alternative option for andoid owners?

Actually, PreSonus is working on an Android version and even release a version currently that runs on Windows and can be found here:
