Question

I am on Windows 10 and Studio one 3 professional doesn't recognise my USB keyboard. I have set it up in external devices but it doesn't register at all.

The same keyboard works fine when I use it on my MacBook Air, is there something i have wrong in my PC settings?

This sounds like a setup issue in Win10. You may need to Contact Akai for further assistance with their product setup.
