Two years a go I got a Presonus Audiobox that was defective after installation. I returned it and received another, which I am now trying install. My laptop is a 32 bit Windows that was upgraded to Windows 10 last year. After downloading the driver and bundle of files , I'm informed the app is not compatible with my PC, and that I should contact you for the proper app.

Can you be more specific. What exactly does it say?

Right click on the Windows button and select System, does it definitely say 32 bit under 'System Type'?

Are you sure you downloaded the 32 bit version of S1?
