Question

I've owned a Firestudio Project for about 5 years now and it has worked fine, however I recently reinstalled my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 64-bit.

Prior to this windows update, everything worked fine.  However the interface will not sync.  I have the correct chipset firewire card (it worked fine last week before I updated), and I installed the latest Universal Control from the presonus website.

I have attempted to update all drivers through device manager and it has fixed nothing.  In UC, I checked firmware and it says it is up-to-date, as well as a factory reset.

Hello, I have same problem with Studiolive 16.0.2 Mixer, do you think that this products only works connected to a Texas Instruments firewire chip?

Im running w10 64 bits and via chipset firewire card.
