Question

My Universal control says it is version 1.6.5773 OSX Apr 11 2016. Driver version 4.2.1.46437

I have downloaded the latest ver (Universal Control 174-DMG) for MAC OS 10.12.2 Sierra and carried  out the uninstall procedure as advised in your knowledge base re manually removing files and performing a reset of the PRAM, then ran the install application. However on completing the installation of new UVC when I click the about button for it it still says version is 1.6.5773 OSX Apr 11 2016. Driver version 4.2.1.46437 ? Why won't it update the one version I am installing 1.7.4

Cancel above folks, solved it. I had to go to Finder and use get info for the UVC application and it tells you I have 1.7.4 installed. Strange I thought clicking the 'About' button for UVC would have gave you correct version release!
