Question

Note: I may have chosen the wrong category because I didn't see anything I thought would pertain.

I'm using Progression-3 with Windows10  on a Dell Inspiron 17 - core i5.

I am not able open Help or User Guide.  I get an error - "Invalid value for registry"
The files seem to be install in the correct folder.

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
