i want to put a beat from youtube into studio one v3 but i have to turn the mix up to hear it which delays my voice and if do record anyway my voice is extremly low, i am very frusturated please help i have windows 10

Please be more descriptive about what you are attempting to do and with what hardware so other users can help.   If you voice is too low it may be that you only need to turn up the gain on your mic pre-amp.
