Our church bought an RM mixer to be used for worship services.  We are using OBS as our streaming software.  OBS can able to receive the sound by selecting the Firestudio as its audio input in MAC but it seems the effects set in the UC surface is not being captured in the computer.

Can you help us on this please?

Thank  you

Could this thread be helpful for you? https://forums.presonus.com/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=23256&p=127463&hilit=obs#p127463.

Anyway - if you are using an aux out (or two) for the streaming, you can add any of the 4 FX to any of your aux outs. You find the faders right of your last input channel. As FX is usually handled postfader, the faders on the main bus need to be raised. Otherwise you will not hear any FX in your aux outputs.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your answering my question.  However, I know already that you have to raise the faders of the fx in the main bus and to send this FXs in the auxes.  But with this, you will be needing another audio interface, am I correct?

I can route it to other auxes in the capture master however, you will not be able to select the what channel should be the input either in OBS or in MAC computer.

Can you guide me on this?

Thanks.

Sorry, I'm no expert for these kind of questions. I just remembered the thread in the forum about this theme and thought, it might give you some new ideas. I would recommend that you ask your question in the RM forum or wake up the thread again (ask the OP if he has got his system running). Users like "sjc 193" and "Karyn" have profound knowledge, but they don't write in the "answers" department.
