why do my effects like channel strip or any effects stop working when I have them in inputs?

I have audiobox 44VSL IN WINDOWS 10

Audio effects work identically in Studio One inputs channels as the do in other mixer channels.   If you believe that your audio plugins are not working correctly when they are inserted on Studio One's input channels please create a support ticket and also attach a sample song where you have audio inserts on Studio One's input channels in the console that are not working when you input live signals into those channels.
