Question

I am running win 10 and protools 12. When I installed universal control, I turned off my virus software. After I restarted the virus software showed something malicious which I blocked. The audiobox itwo never worked with protools properly. I selected the audiobox 2 as the playback engine but sound was poor quality. If I restarted the computer the audiobox powerlight would flash quickly and no audio came through. When the light was flashing however the controller keyboard would power on but no midi connection. But when the power light was solid, the controller would receive no power. I tried to uninstall but the UC program was not on the list. I couldn't delete anything as it said it was being used. How do I clean this from win 10 completely so I can reinstall?

If that doesn't help try the Knowledge base for mother articles. You specified the i2 here or there would be other things were it an Audiobox USB. Protools issue because I use the i2 with a laptop and tower without any issues.
