When deleting a Range from within the Scratchpad - not all events are moved to the new position which can drive you crazy especially when you notice this issue minutes (or more) later.
Since time locked events might cause this problem as well (just speculating) I doublechecked this before deleting this range. But nothing changed. Some events get moved, others not. This has been the most dangerous bug I've come across so far in Studio One because it can (and did) ruin some of my mixes.
