Question

i had been told by you guys to go to help>open setting folder. but when i go to open i see demos and tutorials, installer, songs, and sound sets folders. no setting folder. i have a mac with os x 10.9.5. and its the studio one 3 prime. thank you.

That should work, please try manually browsing to the Studio One settings folder on OS X.  

1.  Quit Studio One

2.  From the Finder toolbar, click Go, hold Option, and click Library

3.  Open Application Support/PreSonus Software/Studio One 3
