Hi,

I'm considering an AR12USB board for my home studio.

I would like a setup like this: I plug into several (>2) channels, EQ them and write them to computer as different tracks.

I know that AR series mixers are able to write different channels to the computer separately (i.e. not the main mix), but I'm not sure whether they're post-EQ on this setup. I.e. I would like to record separate inputs and have them EQed on the board – is that possible?

AR series mixers take their USB digital signal from the mixer Post-Gain, Pre-EQ. Only the Gain affects the recorded signals.

Channels 1 & 2 have inserts, you can insert signal processing there before the USB send.
