I'm on Studio One 3.3.4 and Notion 6.1.1, and I'm just curious whether anyone knows of a way to filter out keyswitches when sending a score to Notion? I obviously don't want to get rid of them in Studio One, but they're (also obviously) annoying and incorrect in Notion.

If it's not currently possible, I'd suggest one option would be to have an option in the "send to Notion" feature to "Ignore named pitches"—i.e., this would filter out any notes with associated Pitch Names set in the MIDI editor.
