Ive purchased notion on my ipad so if I want to get it for windows do I need to purchase notion again or use a product key to download it to my computer ?

It is not possible to register the Notion for iOS app in your my.presonus.com account as it is sold via the Apple App Store.  Notion 6 for desktop is sold separately from the Notion for iOS app.  Here is a link to Notion 6 in our PreSonus store.
