Can I use Digital design Digital Cable orange snake (db25 --> 8 TSR) to connect Studiolive 16.4.2 to Alesis HD24?

Had to do a bit of digging on the other side on this but

The pinout of the unit meets the TASCAM standard as does our mixer so they will mate up fine and then your Alesis has TRS ports that will work just fine as well.
